Fit In Gym all started with Mr. Houssam the owner that used to work in London as a civil engineer. After a long working day and as he was exercising in one of London’s gyms, he was inspired by that gym to start his own fitness business so he founded his first gym in Barja in 1998. With the help of his brother, a previous bodybuilding champion, he then opened another gym in Jiyeh in 2012. Recently, he has established a unique gym idea in Debbieh. The gym is equipped with best gym machines in the market in addition to luxury coded lockers for customers to keep their things safe. Mr. Houssam aims to raise awareness about fitness among individuals and evolve the sports section in the region. On the long run, he hopes to set up various gyms in different locations in Lebanon and to start a big sports academy for football, basketball, horse riding, swimming, and kids activities as well.
