A. Membership
When Purchased Directly from Beirut Circle
1. When receiving your Beirut Circle Personalized membership Visit www.beirutcircle.com to activate your membership
2. Activate Your Card by using the security details provided in your package
3. Please ensure you read the rules of use and the Offers elements carefully
4. Start enjoying your Beirut Circle card privileges
When Purchased from POS / Point Of Sale (MEA onboard Duty Free, Virgin Mega Stores, etc.)
1. Upon purchase Call Beirut Circle to +9611492782/3/4 or +96179123443 to get your security code and activate your card
2. Visit www.beirutcircle.com to activate your membership
3. Activate Your Card by using the security details provided to you over the phone
4. Insert your basic information and detailed location address accurately to receive your personalized VIP plastic card
5. You will receive your card in 73 hours
6. Start enjoying your card privileges
B. Card Validation
1. Visit beirutcircle.com or Beirut Circle Mobile application to activate your membership
2. Click on Validation Button
3. Insert your serial number, security code
4. Fill the required details and Information
5. Create your username and password.
6. Press " Activate "
7. Start enjoying your card Beirut Circle privileges
C. Your Online Page / Mobile Application
1. Check your page frequently
2. Search online for service providers by category or by location
3. Check frequently your balance of promotions at every Beirut Circle partner
4. Notice online the new partners for your reference

D. Updates sent to your email

E. Presenting Your Card
1. Please ensure you read the Terms of use and the offers elements carefully
2. Select your chosen destination and relevant offer
3. Visit the venue
4. Enjoy your time
5. Please present your Beirut Circle card prior to requesting your bill or paying for tickets or service.
Please ensure that the waiter/ customer service agent is aware you will be using Beirut Circle card to earn your benefits.
6. Your host will check your Serial number and name match on his system and redeem one promotion from your balance at every visit or card usage
7. Your card is returned to you after each redemption of one single promotion.
8. Offers are not Cumulative
F. Conditions
1. Your Beirut Circle Privilege card is personalized. Promotions within are not transferable
2. Unless validated, your card is not usable
3. Beirut Circle is a yearly membership where you have right to all the offers stated online. Whatever offers are available during your card validity period, you can go ahead and enjoy them as frequently as stated
4. Offers are not cumulative
5. All offers can be used, at any time during regular opening hours, unless specified in offer conditions and Blackout dates
6. Offers apply only to items and terms specified
7. Discounts do not apply on service charges
8. Beirut Circle benefits are valid Dine-In and takeaway unless specified in offer conditions. For Delivery option please refer to Delivery Sub-Category in the Food & Beverage Category
G. How does it work?
When ordering two or more of the product(s) promoted, the partner will deduct the cost of the least expensive Product / Service. The promotion is only valid on the product(s) / Service(s) stated.
H. Offers Availability
Promotions can be used anytime unless specified in the offer details and excluding the following Blackout days
- Christmas Eve

- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
- Eid Al Fitr Period
- Eid Al Adha Period
- Valentine's Eve (13th / 14th of Feb)

- Mother's Day
A limited number of outlets may be closed over a period of time seasonally or for holidays. Beirut Circle cannot be held responsible if an outlet is temporary or permanently closed during the validity period.
I. Leisure in Groups
Leisure promotions are to be shared by two or more persons within the same visits. Terms & conditions may vary with a number of activities so please refer to the promotions / outlet for confirmation of minimum / maximum numbers, age restrictions and safety guidelines.
J. Dining in Groups
When two or more people are dining together, the following will apply:
(a) In case of Items Price variance, the least expensive promoted product(s) Service(s) will be deducted.
(b)When Dining in Group and several cards are presented each 4 Persons can have the benefit of one card unless tolerated by service provider/ Retailer
(c) A maximum of 4 promotions can be redeemed per group / table
(d) Offers are not cumulative

L- Disclaimer of liability
Beirut Circle disclaims any liability for modified information made by the Service Provider/ Retailer.Beirut Circle has no liability to the user or to any third party for any direct or indirect damage, claim, expenses and/or loss arising out, related or due to breach or non-compliance of your requirements with the service provided.
M. Disputes
The terms of use are governed by the Laws of Lebanon. Therefore, you agree to abide by the Lebanese laws in any legal action that you may take regarding the use of your card.
شروط الاستخدام
بمجرّد استلامك و تفعيلك لهذه البطاقة أنت توافق على التزام البنود والشروط المنصوص عليها خلال مدّة الاستخدام.
أ. العضوية
· في حال شراء البطاقة مباشرة من Beirut circle
1. عند استلامك البطاقة فعّل عضويتّك عبر زيارةموقع www.beirutcircle.com
2. فعّل بطاقتك مستنداً إلى الأرقام السرية الواردة داخل المغلف عند استلامك البطاقة.
3. عليك قراءة بنود الاستخدام وتفاصيل العروض بعناية.
4. عند تطبيق كلّ التفاصيل السابق ذكرها يصبح بإمكانك التمتّع بالامتيازات التي تقدّمها لك بطاقتك الخاصّةمن Beirut circle.
· في حال شراء البطاقة من نقاط البيع (على متن طائرات MEAأوVirgin Megastoreالخ)
1. فور شرائك البطاقة اتّصل بمكاتب Beirut Circle على الأرقام التالية +961 1 286 641 – 2 - 3أو +961 79 123443 للحصول على الرمز السري الخاص بك وتفعيل بطاقتك.
2. قم بزيارة موقع www.beirutcircle.com لتفعيل عضويتك.
3. فعّل بطاقتك باستخدام الأرقام السرية المقدّمة لك عبر الهاتف.
4. أدخل المعلومات وتفاصيل عنوانك الدقيق للحصول على بطاقتك .
5. إنتظر تلقّي بطاقتك ضمن 73 ساعة من تاريخ إدخال المعلومات.
6. ابدأ بالتمتّع بامتيازات بطاقتك.
ب.المصادقة على البطاقة.
1. قم بزيارة موقع beirutcircle.com لتفعيل عضويتك.
2.أنقر على زر المصادقة أو الـ"Validation".
3. أدخل رقم بطاقتك التسلسلي و الرمز السري خاصّتك
4. أدخل المعلومات المطلوبة منك
5. اختر اسم المستخدم وكلمة مرور خاصّة بك.
6. اضغط على زر التفعيل أو "Activate"
7. ابدأ بالتمتّع بامتيازات بطاقتك.
ج. الصفحة الالكترونيّة الخاصة بك / تطبيقات الهاتف الذكي
1. قم بزيارة صفحتك بشكل متكرّر
2.ابحث في الموقع عن مزوّدي الخدمات حسب فئتهم أو حسب موقعهم
3. تحقّق من رصيدك دائماً
4. تابع لوائح الشركاء الجدد
5. الرجاء قراءة العروضات وتفاصيل المنتجات بعناية فائقة.
د. التحديثات المبعوثة إلى بريدك الإلكتروني
1. سوف تتلقى اسبوعيا" آخر العروضات على موقعك الالكتروني عبر E-Newsletter
2. إن استفادتك من العضوية في ازدياد دائم إذ نضيف أسبوعيّا شركاء وعروضات جدد. تتبّعها لمعرفة كلّ جديد.
ه. استعمال بطاقتك
1.يرجى قراءة شروط الاستخدام وتفاصيل العروضات بدقّة وعناية
2.حدّد العرض الذي ستستفيد منه
3.توجّه إلى المكان المختار
4.استمتع بوقتك
5. احرص على تقديم بطاقتك عند\او قبل طلب الفاتورة أو دفع ثمن التذاكر أو الخدمة المرجوّة. اعلم النادل أو العميل أنّك ستقوم باستخدام بطاقة Beirut circle لتتمكّن من الاستفادة منها.
6. سيتحقّق العميل من رقم بطاقتك.
7. سيعيد لك البطاقة بعد أن يقوم بخصم الخدمة التي استفدت منها من رصيدك.
و.شروط الاستعمال
1. بطاقة Beirut Circle هي امتياز شخصي والعروضات التي تخوّلك الاستفادة منها غير قابلة للتحويل.
2. في حال لم يتمّ تفعيل بطاقتك فهي غير صالحة للاستعمال.
3. بطاقة Beirut Circle قائمة على أساس اشتراك سنوي يعطيك الحقّ بالاستفادة لعدد المرّات المذكورة من جميع العروض المتاحة ضمن فترة صلاحيّة بطاقتك.
4. العروض ليست تراكمية.
5. يمكن استخدام جميع العروض، في أيّ وقت خلال ساعات العمل العاديّة، ما لم ينصّ عكس ذلك في شروط العرض.
6. العروض تنطبق فقط على البنود والشروط المحدّدة والمذكورة.
7. الخصومات لا تنطبق على VAT \ الضريبة على القيمة المضافة .
8. فوائد البطاقة تضمّ الاستفادة من المطاعم عند زيارتها أو عند أخذ المأكولات خارجاً (take away) إلّا في حال ذكر عكس ذلك في شروط العرض. في ما يخصّ الـdelivery يرجى مراجعة العروض في الفئة الخاصة بهذه الخدمة.
ز. ما هي الآليّة؟
عندما تطلب اثنين أو أكثر من العرض المقدم يتمّ حسم سعر المنتج الأقل كلفة. الحسومات تسري فقط على المنتج (أو المنتوجات) المذكور(ة).
ح. توافر العروض
يمكن الاستفادة من الحسومات في أيّ وقت إلا إذا ذُكٍرَ غير ذلك في العرض وفي الأيام التالية:
- ليلة الميلاد
- يوم عيد الميلاد
- ليلة رأس السنة الجديدة
-يوم رأس السنة الجديدة
- عيد الفطر المبارك
- عيد الأضحى المبارك
- عشية عيد الحب ( 14- 13 فبراير)
- عشيّة عيد الفصح ويوم الفصح
- عيد الأم
بعض المحلّات قد تغلق موسميّاً أو بمناسبة العطلات لفترة من الزمن. لا يمكن اعتبار Beirut circle مسؤول عن الإغلاق المؤقت أو الدائم لهذه المحال خلال فترة صلاحية البطاقة.
ط. الترفيه ضمن مجموعات
يمكن الاستفادة من عروضات الترفيه من قبل شخصين أو أكثر في المرّة نفسها لكن من الممكن أن تختلف بعض الشروط والأحكام حسب الأنشطة لذا يرجى قراءة العروض بتمعّن/ والاتّصال بالمكان المنشود الاستفادة من عرضه للتأكّد من الحدّ الأدنى أو الأعلى لعدد الأشخاص الذي يمكن استقبالهم / و من الفئة العمريّة المسموح لها أن تستفيد من هذه العروض والاطّلاع على إرشادات السلامة.
ي.الاستفادة من عروض المطاعم كمجوعات
عندما يتناول الطعام اثنين أو أكثر ينطبق عليهم (ا) ما يلي:
1. في حالة وجود تباين في الأسعار، سيتم حسم المنتج الأقلّ كلفة.
2. عندما يبرز أكثر من شخص بطاقةBeirut circle يتمّ استخدام بطاقة واحدة لكلّ 4 أشخاص إلّا إذا قرّر مسؤولو المطعم استعمال كلّ بطاقة على حدى.
3. يمكن الاستفادة من 4 حسومات كحدّ أقصى لكلّ مجموعة / أو طاولة.
4. العروضات ليست تراكمية.
ك. تطبيقات الهاتف المتحرك
حمّل مجّاناً تطبيقBeirut Circle على Google Play و IOS / Apple Store للاطّلاع على أحدث العروض وتفاصيل الحسومات .
ل. المسؤولية
Beirut Circle غير مسؤولة عن أيّ تعديل في المعلومات التي يدلي بها مقدّم الخدمة. Beirut Circle لا تتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن المستخدم أو أيّ طرف ثالث، عن أي ضرر مباشر أو غير مباشر أو أي مطالبة أو نفقات و/أو خسائر ذات صلة مع الخدمة المقدّمة أو بسبب خرقها أو عدم الامتثال لمتطلباتك تجاه مقدّم الخدمة.
م. المنازعات
تخضع شروط استخدام البطاقة للقوانين اللبنانيّة. لذلك، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالقوانين اللبنانيّة في أي إجراء قانوني تقوم به بالنسبة لاستخدام بطاقتك.
